Weekly Worship Services
Sunday mornings: 10:30 a.m.
Our central worship service of the week centers on the proclamation of Holy Scripture through preaching, reading and a wide variety of choral, solo and instrumental music. Nursery care and the Celebration Station activity program for children are also available.
Wednesdays at noon: The Largest Table
The Largest Table includes a 15-minute service with communion starting at 12 noon. It consists of hymns, a reading from Scripture and a short reflection based on that reading. A free community lunch follows. Learn more about The Largest Table.
Taizé evening prayer
St. John's hosts a meditative candlelight service of prayer in the style of the Taizé community in France on the first Thursday of each month. Repetitive congregational singing of the beautiful songs from Taizé and generous use of silence calms and focuses the mind and heart.
Services for winter and spring 2008 are:
